RentCheck SA is a pay-per-request API settled via the x402 protocol (HTTP 402, USDC on Solana mainnet, facilitated by facilitator.payai.network). Access requires either a valid x402 payment for each request or a provisioned 30-day pass (X-API-Key).
Each paid request returns a v1 x402 quote (accepts with payTo, maxAmountRequired, network and asset). Payment is final once settled on-chain; refunds are not offered for successfully delivered responses. Passes are non-refundable after activation.
Where the service provides benchmark, classification or attestation data, it is delivered with explicit provenance markers (source=seed:... or live-observed). Seed data is honest general-knowledge estimation, not a crawl, and is as-of-dated. Attestations are deterministic given the same inputs and are Ed25519-signed.
You may not: resell the raw API as a competing service without a written agreement; attempt to circumvent metering; submit illegal content; or use outputs to misrepresent any attestation. Bulk scraping of web UI in lieu of the API is licensed only via the API itself.
The service is provided "as is". RentCheck SA outputs are not legal, financial or accounting advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monexus disclaims liability for decisions made on the basis of API outputs, including attestation certificates.
